房間不小，設施新，比較全（如果你自己做飯的話，電飯煲微波爐，冰箱，炒鍋都有）除了這些，最實用的就是洗衣機，周邊環境很差，正在拆遷，不過附近小店比較多，出口有個按摩店比老城區路邊的便宜還好，老闆娘還真空上陣（有貼的），白天比較吵，晚上好些…樓頂天台因為這幾天下雨，也拍不到什麼好景

酒店 設施上可 , 職員親切有禮貌., 但是酒店的位置 有點遠 市中心, 車程去 還劍湖 都要一段距離 出入都要 的士. 酒店的房間 寬敞舒適 適合 短期出差 住宿.

日本人比較多，挺乾淨的，就是酒店位置稍微有點偏，如果到36條街，打車15-20分鐘左右，早餐一般般吧。走出去門口在修路，邊上有個商場步行7-8分鐘可以逛逛。如果喜歡熱鬧，還是建議住老城區。

We spent two nights at Oakwood Residences and it was great. We arrived in Hanoi super early in the morning, and the staff was very helpful on keeping our luggage and even allowed us to check in around 11am. Then they were really helpful with anything we needed and even had free bicycles you could use to explore the beautiful neighborhood of Tay Ho, conveniently located in a quiet part of town with loads of green spaces and tons of great restaurants. The view from their ample balconies was gorgeous and the food was delicious. I'd love to stay there another time.

하노이 출장에서 somerset 머물다가 이번에 오크우드로 잡아봤는데 수영장, 서비스, 청결 모두 만족합니다 가족끼리와도 손색이 없을듯 합니다. 그런데 위치가 너무 좋지 않습니다. 시내도, 한인타운도 모두다 멉니다. 주변에 유명식당이 몇몇개 있어서 걸어서 방문하기에 좋습니다.

I stay at a lot of hotels, but this time I was really pleasantly surprised. Good breakfast, the rooms are very well equiped, they have a small kitchen with utensils and bowls. Good gym, nice pool. It was a really relaxing weekend for us. And the location is good, so many good restaurants nearby.

房間十分棒，有廚房，有餐具，有洗衣機冰箱，健身房設備很多，泳池景觀優美。 酒店出門靠近湖邊一側的小巷裡面有很多美食和我咖啡，但是反方向一側卻是垃圾堆，下雨會淹水。
